Are You Ready for an Emergency?

Did you know that there have been 32 minor earthquakes in Utah over the last three days? Only one of them was significant, at a magnitude of 4.3 in Enterprise, near St. George. Either way, it's always a good idea to be prepared for an earthquake in our neck of the woods, especially as earthquake activity increases across the globe.

If you need an idea for Family Home Evening tonight, start making a plan. The 36th Avenue blog has come up with some great ideas to help families make a preparedness plan. Here are some of the questions they suggested that we should ask ourselves in order to be prepared for an emergency:
1. Will our family know and recognize an emergency?
2. How will we find each other in case of an emergency?
3. Where will we find each other?
4. Will our basic needs be covered?
Check out their post at the36thavenue.com, to see their tips on how to help your family learn how to become better prepared.
