Since BEANS is the focus of our order this month, I thought I'd share a super quick and easy way to fix your bean and lentil mix that I know you all want to order! :)

We ate this yummy soup for lunch on Monday just as it came out of the bag and boiled in chicken stock for an hour. It was great but could have cooked 20 min longer. But if you add in a ham bone and some seasonings it will just kick it up a notch! My kids are not bean lovers so this is a way to transition them into eating a delicious, yet healthy soup while rotating through our food storage.
